เรื่องย่อ...

เรื่องราวของ Hyperdimension Neptunia มีการล้อเลียนเกม Console โดยตรงทั้งตัวละครและมุกบางอย่าง เชื่อมโยงกับสงครามเกมคอนโซล 7 ยุคสมัย ภาคแรก กล่าวถึงโลก Gamindustri ที่แบ่งออกเป็น 4 อาณาจักร คือ Planeptune, Lastation, Lowee และ Leanbox แต่ละพื้นที่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างสิ้นเชิง มีสิ่งปลูกสร้างที่เรียกว่า Basilicom เป็นที่สักการะเหล่านางฟ้า ในเกมเราจะได้เล่นเป็น Purple Heart หนึ่งในสี่เทพธิดาที่เกี่ยวโยงกับเหตุการณ์สงครามเกมคอนโซล แต่ทั้ง 4 ก็สู้ไปแล้วไม่ได้อะไร ทำให้ Black Heart (PS3) คิดวิธีที่จะลดปัญหา โดยจัดการเทพธิดาคนนึงไปก่อน ซึ่ง Neptune กลายเป็นคนที่ถูกเลือก ทั้ง White Heart (Wii) และ Green Heart (Xbox 360) ต่างเห็นด้วย จึงรุม Purple Heart จาก 3 นางฟ้า ทำให้เธอสูญเสียความทรงจำตอนเป็นนางฟ้าไปกลายเป็นชื่อ Neptune หลังฟื้นขึ้นมาบนโลกก็ตกมาที่ใกล้บ้านของสาวน้อยขี้อาย Compa และได้ออกเดินทางกับสหายคนอื่น
